They are made of waterproof polyurethane backed uv protected polyester with 1/4 Inch open cell foam backing for a cleaner fit and extra protection. Guaranteed to not fade for 3 years minimum. These have a 3-year warranty on fading. Will not turn that ugly purple that other brands do.
