Shipping & Returns


All orders with physical address will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground or USPS. All PayPal orders can only be shipped to Confirmed Address, no exceptions. For P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, GUAM, Virgin Islands address order will be shipped via USPS. Item will be shipped same day or next business day. If shipment is delayed for any reason buyer will be notified via e-mail. We are not responsible for any shipping transit time delay or any issues with third party shipping companies. 



Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. We will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for shortage of items or discrepancies must be paid within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. Claims of damaged shipments must be made by buyer with the carrier. Any Refused shipments sent back does not constitute the right to a full refund or credit. Buyer will be charged freight expenses associated with the refused shipment (including free shipping items) as well as 20% restocking fee.



You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us. We will NOT accept any returns without an RMA. The condition of item(s) returned must be New in actual manufacturing box, unused, unmodified, and in same condition as received. Installed or used products are NOT eligible for return. Photos of products may be required for claims regarding damages or wrong item(s) received. Certain manufacturers require claims for warranty/missing item(s) made directly with them. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer unless we approved to cover shipping. Exchanges may require additional shipping fee to ship out exchanged item(s). A 20% re-stocking fee may be applied to all returns and will be deducted from the total refund. Shipping fee is not refundable, unless wrong item(s) is received or shipped out. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
