Located in Chino, California our headquarters spans across five acres. The custom building was constructed to Fabtech's specification for in house development, manufacturing, distribution and administration. The 100,000 square foot facility is divided into designated departments that can operate as a single unit or collectively as a group. This allows Fabtech to function 24 hours a day as needed without compromising security, capacity or quality of the operations. Fabtech's development capabilities are second to none with over 25 years of experience in aftermarket suspension design. State of the art software, fabrication equipment along with our seasoned engineers and fabricators allow the company to develop products that are constantly on the cutting edge. The manufacturing division is a world class lean environment dedicated to consistently producing quality parts in low or high volume production runs. Multiple laser cutters, robotic welders, forming equipment, machining centers and skilled welders provide flexibility and quality to its production. Packaging, warehousing and distribution are contained within the building for immediate shipment worldwide.
Fabtech?s 8? 4 Link Conversion System for the Ford Super Duty is designed to provide maximum suspension performance for both on and offroad use. The system replaces the factory Radius Arm suspension with heavy duty 4 Link components for increased strength and functionality. The system will provide less caster change throughout the travel range which benefits on road driving. When offroad the 4 Link system will provide more articulation than a Radius Arm for increased terrain traversing at all speeds. Unique to this 8? system is Fabtech?s extended length Track Bar to address the hyper sensitive steering box of the late model Super Duty. Fabtech is the only manufacturer with this exclusive system that offers proper steering performance. Fabtech?s extended length Track Bar is 4? longer than stock and is offset to the driver side with a stout 1/4? thick steel mounting bracket. This design helps keep the Track Bar and Draglink closer to parallel than the factory angles to reduce push in the steering. The Track Bar allows for full lock steering of 15.50 wide tires w/ 4-3/4? BS wheels. Included in this system is the massive Dirt Logic 4.0 Resi Coilover Conversion for outstanding damping capacity offroad with a quality on road ride. The Coilover bolts in place of the factory coil spring without removal of the coil spring bucket. The giant 4? diameter aluminum remote reservoir mounts horizontally above the Coilover to allow for full compression travel with oversized tires. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Resi Coilover is the biggest and baddest on the market for the Ford Super Duty. Fabtech?s 4 Link System has been proven in over 10 years of service in rugged commercial and military applications to ensure long life on your daily driven vehicle.
