USAGE
For up to 1 Quart/Liter capacity crankcase: Add 50 mL of BG EPR® to the crankcase. Start engine, bring to full operating temperature, and run engine for a minimum of 10 minutes at 1,200 RPM. Shut off the engine, drain oil, and remove the old oil filter. Install new filter, replace drain plug, and fill with new oil. NOTE: Do not use on engines with excessive sludge!
For up to 2 Quart/Liter capacity crankcase: Add 2 oz. (60 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase. Start engine, bring to full operating temperature, and run engine for 10 minutes at 1,200 RPM. (For GDI engines and small light-duty passenger diesel engines, run for a minimum of 20 minutes.) Shut off the engine, drain oil, and remove the old oil filter. Install new filter, replace drain plug, and fill with new oil. NOTE: Do not use on engines with excessive sludge!
For 2–3 Quart/Liter capacity crankcase: Add 3 oz. (100 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase. Start engine, bring to full operating temperature,, and run engine for 10 minutes at 1,200 RPM.
For 3–4 Quart/Liter capacity crankcase: Add 6 oz. (177 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase.
For 4–6 Quart/Liter capacity crankcase: Add 11 oz. (325 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase. Start engine, bring to full operating temperature, and run engine for 10 minutes at 1,200 RPM. (For GDI engines and small light-duty passenger diesel engines, run for a minimum of 20 minutes). Shut off the engine, drain oil, and remove the old oil filter. Install new filter, replace drain plug, and fill with new oil. NOTE: Do not use on engines with excessive sludge!
For 7–9 Quart/Liter capacity crankcase: Add 22 oz. (650 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase. Start engine, bring to full operating temperature, and run engine for 20 minutes at 1,200 RPM. Shut off the engine, drain oil, and remove the old oil filter. Install new filter, replace drain plug, and fill with new oil. NOTE: Do not use on engines with excessive sludge!
For 10–16 Quart (9–15 Liter) capacity crankcase: Add 32 oz. (946 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase. Start engine, bring to full operating temperature, and run engine for a minimum of 45 minutes at 1,200 RPM. Shut off the engine, drain oil, and remove the old oil filter. Install new filter, replace drain plug, and fill with new oil. NOTE: Do not use on engines with excessive sludge!
For crankcase capacities greater than 16 Quarts (15 Liters): Add 32 oz. (946 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase. For every 4–6 quart/liter capacity above 16 quarts (15 Liters), add an additional 11 oz. (325 mL) of BG EPR® to the crankcase.
